How beautiful is this? Dave & I made this in our fancy new dehydrator last night. Ethan and Mum picked the strawberries and 8 hrs later voila! This flavour was strawberry-kiwi and we also made strawberry-apple-banana which was the yummiest.

wth is it? haha! looks like art… but it's edible? I want a dehydrator so badly!

It is just pureed fruit, then you pour a thin layer in the dehydrator tray, leave it for 8 hours and then out comes fruit leather – chewy fruit snacks that you can roll up and store. Perfect for lunches, we all lurve them.
