Forgotten Photos

These guys used to be so cute and fuzzy, now a month later they are all long necks and legs. Ethan received his first award at school, luckily Nana was there to witness the presentation at the school assembly.  Ethan excelled in, wait for it…….STARTING SCHOOL!  We are so proud. A little late – But…Happy Halloween!

We had an awesome Halloween this year, pumpkin carving on Friday afternoon, followed by Trick or Treating at Nana & Grandads and an awesome Halloween Party at Abby’s house on Saturday afternoon. Luckily Ethan’s costume was a no brainer. He hates dressing up but if it involves wearing his Cheetah Leotard that his Great-Grandmother made for him he is all …

90 Mile Beach

The one slightly dodgy day on our holiday was the perfect day to head west to The Big Beach.  Ethan was all about the tua tua’s and was positive he would love them – he didn’t.  Luckily we ‘tagged and released’ most of them and Dave ate the rest for tea.  Tara really got amongst the shellfish gathering and perfected …

New Years Eve Part 2

Just to keep tradition alive (2007 pics here), we headed down to Waiake Beach again for another picnic dinner, this year with the Rhodes Family.  It was a beautiful evening, the kids and dogs had so much fun.  When it got dark we pulled the wagon back up the hill to Nick and Debbie’s house to see in the New …
