I don’t have time this year to whip up batches of cookies as per usual so I have opted for something a little easier but just as fattening yummy.

I sourced this recipe from the Canvas Magazine in the Herald last weekend, it’s easy and awesome and looks festive.

White Chocolate and Strawberry Rocky Road Recipe

800g white chocolate, chopped

2.5 cups halved masrshmallows

1.5 cups dried cranberries

2 cups freeze dried strawberries

Melt the choc in a heatproof bowl and melt over saucepan of simmering water.  Remove from heat and stir in other ingredients.  Pour into a greaseproof lined pan and refridgerate until set.

Whilst I have been hanging the normal Christmas decor, Ethan has branched out and is creating these stunning Christmas fish mobiles. Pictured below is the snapper model, hung on a purple pipe cleaner and blue-tacked to the ceiling. A truly festive addition to our bedroom.
